Fred Bosserman became involved in this project at the point where twenty five percent of this development was constructed and the owner had already hired the services of four other architects. Initially, Fred was hired to design what became The Greg Norman Restaurant on the intercoastal waterway. From that point on Fred was hired to complete the 125,000 square foot shop and restaurant complex. Additionally completing design plans for T-Bonz Gill & Grill, a Hard Rock café, New York Bistro, a Fuddruckers, and several other small food service operations.
